2. Virtual Currency Disclaimer

"Toro Coin" is a virtual currency used solely for entertainment purposes within the Toromarket platform.

Toro Coin has no monetary value.
It cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
Toromarket is a social game, not a gambling platform.
You cannot purchase Toro Coin with fiat currency, nor can you withdraw it.

3. Waitlist & Usernames

Reserving a username on the waitlist does not guarantee permanent ownership. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate our community standards, impersonate others, or are inactive for extended periods after launch.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Toromarket be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
